Did you manage to survive the Holiday Rush? This year Christmas feels like it literly flew by. The whole month of December has been somewhat of a blur to me. It was intense!
This week I finally found some time for myself and the funny thing is I didn’t even know where to spend it. Do I journal, clean, go to the gym, do an Epsom salt bath, clean out my closet? WHAT DO I REALLY NEED AND WANT? In today's post give you three steps to help you get what you want in 2014 and introduce my upcoming class Jump Start 2014 to Feel Fabulous. This week was my birthday week! I was showered with so many birthday wishes, phone calls, messages, and love that at one point I actually felt myself feeling overwhelmed. I caught myself feeling anxious, pulling back, and almost wanting to hide. What was this all about I thought? In the past, I spent my birthday yarning for love and wanting support. Now I have it and I am withdrawing? Do you ever feel like you have people supporting you but you still feel alone? Or people try to give you gifts and you turn them down or say “awww thank you but I can’t take that”? Are you afraid of trusting people or letting them in because you are afraid you might get hurt? The month of October I have been reflecting a lot on my relationships with my loved ones, friends, and even YOU! I realized that I have been afraid to fully let people in and be 100% of myself so I have been wearing a shield (I even gained about 3-5lbs). I was scared I wouldn’t be liked or I would be abandoned. In doing this I have been holding myself back from receiving love and true abundance! Are you feeling the summer’s heat? The past few weeks I feel like I have been sitting on a hot box! I’m not talking temperature hot here; I am talking thoughts, emotions, and the physical body. Things feel like they are moving so quickly, but at the same time they feel like they aren’t moving at all. Can you think of a time when you felt like you were working really hard at something and you felt like you weren’t getting results fast enough? (I will also share a personal story about me).
This week I want to talk about something a little more near and dear to my heart! Aligning with your body’s needs (through nutrition). Our body is our physical vessel for this lifetime and it is so important that we nourish it and take care of it. When we are out of alignment with it, it can create a state of Dis – Ease and create illness, pain, weight, or other health issues. So today I will give you a few key tips to help you tune into your body so you can give it what it needs and reach your highest state of wellbeing.
Have you ever wondered why some people or so successful and others can’t quite reach their goals? Or why some people have so much motivation and will power and others can’t find the spark to get them going? I truly believe it comes down to getting really clear about what you want, understanding why you want it, and living in alignment with it. This week you will get to hear a true story about me and I will help you get clear on your intentions and what you need to do to get in alignment with them.
Our bodies are so amazing! I don’t know about you, but I am amazed by mine more and more each day! A few years ago I went through a period where I disliked my body! I hated the way it made me feel, the way it looked, and the messages it was trying to give me! I felt like it wasn’t me or even a part of me. A dear friend of mine helped me to realize that my body was not this separate piece of me…it was part of me. It took me a while to ponder that and really come to terms with it, but when I did I was able to look at and respect it in a whole new way. Since then I have been able to tune into to its messages (the bloating, stomach pain, back pain, extra weight, and food cravings) and use them as a tool to know what I need. Today I want to share with you some of the messages behind cravings! My hope is that these messages and exercises can help you to connect a little more with your body and open up some space in your heart for self love!

Are you ready for your outside apperance to match the beautiful goddess you know you have within? February 23, Mercury goes into restrograde. What does that mean? It means that things sort of move backwards. During this time, it is very likely that old things will arise (old relationships, emotions, situations that you may not have fully released or taken care of).
